Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery fails, we will contact you via email. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders after repeated delivery failures, with no refunds.

If we cannot fulfill your order due to backorder cancellation or inventory errors, we will issue a refund via e-gift card.
